For registration of drugs in Pakistan, DRAP has made it compulsory to submit data on CTD format.
Prices of drugs may increase under paragraph 12 (8) of Drug Pricing Policy 2018 as per below mentioned criteria: - 9% over and above maximum retail price as determined under the hardship category during the year 2018. - 15% over and above maximum retail price for drugs other than hardship cases.
Exemption period for registration of Class C medical device has expired on 15th January 2019.
New CEO has been appointed as DRAP head.
