Effective from 2022, HSA would no longer accept service request from manufacturers requiring affirmation of their classification and grouping strategies, simply redirecting them to their online tools and guidance publications. Formerly, prior to submitting application(s) for questionable products and/or products with sophisticated packaging alternatives, license holders may approach HSA and review the strategy. HSA has consistently been at the frontline of presenting clear and effective guidelines to the sector and region. They've developed a series of innovative online tools and guideline documents in recent years to support manufacturers better comprehend their own products.
