The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) is excited to announce the launch of SHARE (Singapore Health Product Access and Regulatory E-System), a new digital platform designed to streamline licensing and certification processes for Cell, Tissue, and Gene Therapy Products (CTGTP) dealers.

Starting 10 February 2025, CTGTP dealers can log in to SHARE using Corppass to access the following e-services:

  • Apply, amend, or cancel a CTGTP Dealer’s License

  • Apply for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or Good Distribution Practice (GDP) Certificates

  • Track or withdraw applications

  • Check active CTGTP Dealer’s Licenses and Certificates

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. How do I access SHARE?

Your company’s Corppass Administrator needs to grant you access to HSA’s SHARE via the Corppass portal. Once that’s done, just visit the HAS website on 10 February 2025, log in with Corppass, and you are all set!

2. I just submitted my CTGTP dealer’s license or certification application via FORMSG. Do I need to resubmit it on SHARE?

Any application submitted via FormSG before 7 February 2025, HSA will process it as usual. However, from 10 February 2025 onwards, all applications must be submitted through SHARE.

3. Are there any changes to regulatory or submission requirements for CTGTP?

Don’t worry, everything stays the same! Just a new and improved way to submit your applications. So you can expect a smoother and more efficient experience.

What’s Next?

To ensure a smooth transition, CTGTP dealers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the SHARE system and ensure that their Corppass Administrator grants the necessary access before the launch date. SHARE is designed to enhance efficiency and transparency in CTGTP dealer licensing and certification. We look forward to your seamless transition to this new system!
